Through our strong partnerships with bottlers, we bring our world-class brands to life in the markets we serve.
As a Senior Manager, you will be an integral part of the team focused on managing key aspects of our relationship with Hy-Vee. This role includes developing and implementing Annual Business Plans aligned with business objectives while serving as a system-wide expert on strategy, operational philosophy, and customer-specific needs. This position oversees both the Warehouse Route to Market (RTM) business and CR business.

Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the business relationship with Hy-Vee in collaboration with the integrated account team.
Serve as a subject matter expert on customer strategies, business systems, and the larger operational approach.
Develop Annual Business Plans in collaboration with customers, bottlers, and internal system stakeholders, driving Coca-Cola's growth initiatives.
Drive flawless program execution through seamless coordination across the Coca-Cola system, customer networks, and bottling partners.
Create marketing and business plans that align with volume goals, profitability targets, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
Foster strong, mutually beneficial relationships with customers by enhancing engagement and maintaining effective communication at all levels.
Align resources to execute operational and marketing programs within defined budgets, timelines, and objectives.
Provide insights to internal teams about customer goals, strategies, and positioning, ensuring alignment with Company programs.
Lead problem-solving efforts for operational or unique customer/bottler issues.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning for your assigned accounts.
Create innovative solutions and embrace new approaches to drive sustainable growth and success.
Maintain item and ad data in relevant customer systems.
Collaborate with brokers on Warehouse RTM business initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
3-5 years of experience in key account management within beverage or consumer packaged goods (CPG).
Strong expertise in sales, negotiation, and managing medium-to-large portfolios of accounts.
Proven track record in managing price package plans and implementing customer promotional programs.
Experience with business development planning across diverse business systems and multiple stakeholders.
Knowledge of Direct Store Delivery (DSD) systems and broker management preferred.
Self-driven with exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data effectively.
Advanced business acumen, applying shopper and category insights into actionable plans to achieve financial and strategic goals.

$116,500 - $145,800Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
