We’re looking for a Senior People Partner to support our Field Sales organisation in Europe. This role is key to one of SumUp’s most critical sales channels. You’ll partner with sales leaders to shape people processes, coach leaders, and use data to build a high-performing, engaged team.

Partner with Field Sales leadership to align people strategies with business goals.
Design and deliver talent & performance programs that support growth and careers.
Drive engagement and belonging, building a strong team culture.
Coach leaders on people topics and guide organisational change.
Collaborate with People & Talent Acquisition teams to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time.
Use data and insights to inform decisions and shape the future of the team.
Experience as a Senior People Partner ideally Field Sales or commercial organisations.
Strong background in talent management, organisational development, and engagement.
Excellent coaching, communication, and influencing skills.
Analytical and data-driven, with strong problem-solving ability.
Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders.
