As a first line Sales Manager you will be lead a team of mid-market Account Executives in selling the Supermetrics Marketing Intelligence Platform across multiple verticals. We are looking for a sales leader with great energy, leadership, and initiative to enhance team performance and sales for our mid-market-focused Brand Team. This role works in partnership with Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Partners and HR, therefore cross-company engagement and orchestration is crucial. The candidate will be a results-driven individual capable of delivering significant business results & employee development. The Sales Leader is responsible for developing and leading the team to generate revenue and meet individual team and organizational quotas.

Pay Transparency Statement: Senior Sales Manager Base Salary: $125,000 - 150,000 USD annually. Total On-Target Earnings: $250,000 - $300,000 USD annually. These figures reflect the compensation offered for remote U.S.based candidates. Actual earnings may vary depending on individual performance against sales targets. In addition to compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including fully paid medical/dental/vision benefits, generous PTO, 401k with matching, options, tech package, home office and wifi stipend.
