As a Senior Salesforce Administrator at LogicMonitor, you will play a pivotal role in the ongoing development, configuration, and governance of our Salesforce environment, supporting stakeholders across Revenue Operations, IT, Growth, Data, and Marketing. You’ll own Business and technical execution, data integrity, and user enablement—while also championing the adoption of AI-driven solutions and automation to maximize business impact. This role is ideal for someone excited to blend Salesforce expertise with the emerging power of AI tools and analytics.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

AI-Driven Platform Enhancement:

  • Leverage Salesforce’s native AI capabilities (such as Einstein Analytics, Einstein GPT) and integrated third-party AI solutions to automate tasks, predict business trends, and drive smarter decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Data and Engineering teams to identify and implement AI-powered workflows that reduce manual processes and improve data quality.
  • Champion adoption of AI features—such as predictive lead scoring, opportunity insights, and automated recommendations—across sales, marketing, and support teams.
  • Regularly review and experiment with new Salesforce AI releases and AppExchange AI tools, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Business Requirements & Empowerment Rules

  • Gather and collate requirements for new Salesforce processes from business stakeholders, translating them into actionable technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain empowerment rules to ensure users can effectively leverage Salesforce features, maximizing value for each business unit.
  • Serve as a key advocate for stakeholder needs, ensuring teams get the most out of Salesforce through thoughtful configuration and support.

System Administration & Configuration:

  • Manage all Salesforce configurations, including user management, security, permissions, custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, flows, workflows, and third-party applications.
  • Lead user maintenance, data management, and regular system audits to uphold data quality and security.
  • Provide ongoing troubleshooting, support, and problem-solving for end users.

Process Improvement & Automation:

  • Review and analyze operational processes, identifying opportunities to automate and enhance efficiency using Salesforce tools.
  • Drive business-specific implementations and ongoing improvements on the Salesforce platform.
  • Eliminate manual bottlenecks and streamline workflows to reduce user friction.

Integration & Tool Administration:

  • Identify and integrate external tools with Salesforce to improve business processes and outcomes.
  • Manage integrations with SaaS platforms (e.g., Outreach, Aviso, ROX, etc), AppExchange products, and internal tools, in partnership with Data and Engineering.

Reporting, Dashboards & Insights:

  • Create, maintain, and optimize Salesforce dashboards and reports to provide clear, actionable insights into sales, marketing, and business performance.
  • Ensure reporting meets the evolving needs of leadership and stakeholders.

Release Management & Production Support:

  • Coordinate environment management, sandbox administration, testing, production deployments, and escalations.
  • Collaborate closely with IT for production support and incident response.
What You'll Need:
  • 4+ years experience administering Salesforce in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
  • Strong expertise with declarative Salesforce tools, especially Flow Automation Builder.
  • Experience managing Salesforce configuration, security, user management, and third-party integrations.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, innovation, or problem-solving.
  • Excellent communicator, skilled at gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills; comfortable with process improvement and automation.
  • Experience building reports and dashboards tailored to various business needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-growth, frequently changing environment.

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, or Marketing Cloud Admin certifications.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and Apex.
  • Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce rollouts or supporting hyper-growth organizations.
