Key Responsibilities/essential functions include:
Service Marketing and Commercial Activation support with Account Managers of a specific geographical area, regarding all the regional initiatives (Upselling-crossselling: Service Contracts, On-Demand Services, Options and Upgrades, in the different business lines: Imaging, Ultrasound and Patient Care Support)
Develop, implement and follow up regional strategy to Protect current contracts, capture systems at Warranty conversion and winback contracts
Integration and set up of projects and customer service offers.
Visit customers to present the service offers explaining content, value and pricing highlighting our differentiation.
Collaborate in the documentation of processes.
Deep understanding of the Service Sales portfolio: types of contracts, options & upgrades and advanced services, to be able to create value added offers to customers.
Market Development: Create and identify oppts. in new niches, segments and markets, as well as create and support deployment of new Solutions (packed solutions, fleet approach).
B.Intelligence: Assessments, providing data and Market guidelines for new and actual market opportunities and P&L needs.
PNL data analitycs. Service Pricing and data analysis.
Communicate with the internal customers (Account Managers) in the specific Operations support: supporting data analysis and businesses follow up. Requires strong data analysis skills to prepare customer meetings and key messages based on customer equipment utilization data and maintenance history of service contracts.
Work with multidisciplinary departments of GE Healthcare.
Lead the tender responses projects coordinating the specialized resources involved: Service Managers, Account Managers, Service Administration team, and specialists in the modalities sales teams when needed.
Expertise in the Service Sales digital tools, Installed Base management and quoting tool (SalesForce)
Required Qualifications:
Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions-based sales approach
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish as well as good command of English
Negotiation & closing skills
Proficiency in using of Microsoft Office
Familiar with the concept of digital solutions, digital transformation and AI based solutions.
Willing to travel (10-20% of the time)
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or some years of experience in a medical, healthcare or technical field (e.g. biomedical engineering, medical physicists..)
Strong organizational skills
Strong presentation skills
Some experience in sales or commercial activities
Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM
Multitasking, being capable to conciliate different deadlines
