Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Solution Sales Manager to expand our marketing efforts targeting pharmacists and doctors.
This is a hybrid role based in Warsaw. The role is on a fixed term basis for 1,5 years with full benefits package.
The main purpose of the role is to develop new business for a specific product specialty, providing the product expertise and sales acumen to identify & qualify revenue opportunities, proactively manage the selling process, and close the sale in both existing and new accounts. The Solution Sales Manager will also support the delivery process.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of digital advertising across our database and network of portals.
Manage client relationships and deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns.
Execute direct marketing initiatives to support campaign performance.
Contribute knowledge and support to ensure team development.
Key requirements:
Proven experience in sales and campaign delivery in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector is mandatory.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and client engagement.
Excellent communication and organizational skills are a key for success in this job.
Knowledge of the doctors' market is a strong advantage and can support broader campaign reach and effectiveness.
Experience in conducting projects and collaborating with teams in project management tool as Click-up (or Asana, Monday or Jira) will be desired.
Fluency in Excel.
Fluent Polish and English both verbal and written.
