Sales Exec – New Logo – UK&I
 
UKG is seeking a highly motivated sales professional as a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for net-new logo sales in the Enterprise Space

Candidates ideally have 5+ years of proven success selling WFM/HRMS/Payroll solutions. Ideally, candidates will live in or near their territory and are familiar with the local business climate; however, we encourage you to apply.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Consistently exceed sales quotas
• Must have proven success selling WFM/HRMS/Payroll solutions to complex organisations
• Must have worked primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) and consistently exceeded sales quotas. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of solutions, technology and capabilities to solve customer challenges and help them achieve stated business outcomes.
• Present WFM/HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory. Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM, Payroll solutions and services aligned with the prospective customer’s needs.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS Industry, competitors and analysts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Maintain a working knowledge of products and capabilities, incorporating technical advances in presentations to end users
• Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory
• Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM products and services based on their technical needs
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years HCM sales experience
• Strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS Industry
• Demonstrated understanding of strategic sales process
Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Incredibly organised
• Experience with a diversity of prospecting strategies
Travel Requirement:
• 30-40%
