Position Description:
Sr. Sales Analyst for Medtronic, Inc., located in Lafayette, CO. Responsible for incorporating contract mgmt. system into capital program across Surgical Innovation and Cardiovascular business unit to streamline operations and boost efficiency. Optimize the contract mgmt. process through continual improvement to maintain contract and compliance administration systems for the capital contracts portfolio to achieve compliance with legal requirements while also maintaining data integrity and system stability. Collaborate with cross functional departments including Sales, Marketing, Legal and Finance across different business units to ensure the successful implementation of project objectives and ongoing compliance program support. Work in an operations-focused role to optimize operational processes and improve efficiency, including coordinating daily operations, program mgmt. and streamlining workflows. Responsible for project mgmt. (leading and delivering projects on time), coordinating cross-functional teams, resources, and implementing project plans. Responsible for Risk mgmt. initiatives, stakeholder communication, performance monitoring using tools to include Miro, Azure, and Smart sheets. Leverage knowledge of Sales Analytics unique within the medical device or pharmaceutical industries. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and complex formulas, to support data-driven decision-making. Leverage SAP utilizing a variety of t-codes that support order mgmt., invoicing and master data. Responsible for Salesforce for contract mgmt., intake and workflow. Create analytics report to generate strategic actionable business insights using visual analytics software including Power BI and Tableau. Leverage SQL and the Snowflake database (CMDB) for structuring data and managing the database to generate sales analytics. Position requires onsite work at the Lafayette, CO location one day per week and permits remote work four days per week. #LI-DNI.
Basic Qualifications:
Requires a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Analytics or related field and two (2) years of experience in a sales analytics or project management related occupation. Must possess at least two (2) years of experience with each of the following: Optimizing operational processes and improving efficiency, including coordinating daily operations and streamlining workflows; Project mgmt., leading and delivering projects on time, coordinating cross-functional teams, resources, and implementing project plans; Risk mgmt., stakeholder communication, performance monitoring using tools to include Miro, Azure, or Smartsheets; and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, conditional formatting, and complex formulas.
Must possess at least one (1) year of experience with each of the following: Sales Analytics within the medical device or pharma industry; SAP t-codes, order mgmt., invoicing, and master data; Salesforce for contract mgmt., intake and workflow; Creating analytics reports using Power BI and Tableau; and SQL and Snowflake database (CMDB).
Salary: $94,000 to $127,200 per year
