You'll make a difference by:

· Manage Key Client Accounts: Ensure customer satisfaction, strengthen long-term loyalty, expand client base, and continuously deliver value for priority accounts.
· Identify and Secure New Business: Proactively pursue new leads through cold calling, networking, and inbound opportunities.
· Deliver Tailored Proposals: Develop compelling sales proposals, business plans, and presentations that address customer needs and demonstrate clear ROI.
· Partner Management: Collaborate with internal teams across technical, operations, and marketing functions to provide seamless and effective solutions for clients.
· Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Oversee full sales lifecycle from lead generation and proposal creation to negotiation, deal closure, and after-sales support.
· Maintain Accurate Sales Data and Forecasts: Keep sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM systems updated to support accurate reporting and business planning.

You'll win us over by:

· Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
· Strong Industry Experience: At least 5 years' experience in sales, account management, proposal development, preferably within MV power distribution and S/S Automation Systems.
· Strong Relationship Management: Build trust, maintain long-term partnerships, and keep a customer-first mindset in all interactions.
· Strong Commercial Skills: Confidently present solutions, influence decisions, negotiations and handle discussions at senior stakeholder level.
· Market Expertise: Familiar with the Philippine market landscape and industry trends, enabling informed and credible client engagement.
