Position Program Overview   Rockefeller Capital Management offers a distinctive Summer Analyst Program experience as a premier independent financial advisory firm. Our diversified businesses, boutique size, and entrepreneurial culture shape a dynamic, personalized experience for our Analysts.    Our Summer Analyst program is a ten-week (June-August) internship program designed to provide an opportunity to experience the culture and atmosphere of Rockefeller Capital Management. Summer Analysts will be fully immersed in the day-to-day activities of the business providing opportunities to learn, grow, and excel.      Key highlights of the program include:    Mentorship program to support learning and development.    Weekly speaker series to promote a deep understanding of the firm, our culture and share personal perspectives from employees.   Intensive training on our business model and how employees of the firm contribute to achieving our goals.    Frequent connectivity with other Summer Analysts and our program team.   Round table discussions on current events with macro and micro relevance to our business.   Opportunities to exchange ideas and network with peers, mentors, and senior leaders throughout the firm.   Eligibility and Selection Criteria   To be eligible for consideration, students must be projected 2027 graduates and in good standing at the school. Analysts should have an interest in the financial services industry and be eager to learn and make an impact.   POSITION  Rockefeller Asset Management is seeking a Summer Analyst to support the Americas Distribution Team. The Summer Analyst will assist with the Americas distribution, marketing and client service efforts across all our team’s constituents: Global Private Banks, Pensions, Multi/Single Family Offices, Insurance, Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), etc., and internally with our marketing and product specialist teams. Responsibilities Support sales and client service efforts across prospects, consultants, and clients, including data inquiries, information requests, meeting coordination and preparation for RAM’s Americas-based clients Help research and identify potential prospects via online databases and other capital introduction resources Help prepare prospect or client briefs (or relationship summaries) in advance of meetings. Post meeting, assist with follow up items and document meeting activities Support the team with management reporting, including sales pipeline and sales statistics Assist with competitive analysis on investment products, strategies and trends in the marketplace Develop familiarity with Rockefeller Asset Management history, organizational structure and related subjects, including ability to articulate our investment process, portfolio structures and characteristics Qualifications Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program at an accredited college or university Strong academic performance (GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred) Demonstrated interest in financial services, asset management, or sales through academic, extracurricular, or work experiences Skills Working knowledge of asset management Strong analytical and technical skills Strong oral and written communication skills Heightened sense of quality control and attention to detail Ability to work independently (self-starter) and as part of a team Ability to anticipate and manage multiple tasks Possesses impressive organizational skills, prioritizes, and uses time efficiently Expertise in Microsoft Co-Pilot (including Agents), Excel, Word, and Power Point Experience with Salesforce, Bloomberg, eVestment, & Morningstar is a plus Compensation Range The anticipated hourly rate for this role is $38/hour. Salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of this rate.
