Fidelity Workplace Investing's Core Market Sales is a collaborative, conscientious, fast-moving and exciting environment! We serve the businesses of America by assessing their needs and offering creative solutions through Fidelity’s 401(k) solutions, education and services. This role is part of a phenomenal team of sales leaders who are collectively responsible for leading the regional sales professionals within Fidelity’s Workplace Core business. In this role you will have direct responsibility for a team of top-tier sales professionals who bring the value of Fidelity’s retirement solutions to our Core segment clients and prospects. You will lead a group of our external field wholesalers representing Fidelity's 401(k) solutions in the $1-50M Core Market. You will also be a senior leader on the Core Sales team helping to mentor and grow other sales leaders.

We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
