As a Technical Account Manager in the Metasearch Commercial team, you will be responsible for the technical management, integration, and optimization of our partnerships with leading metasearch platforms such as Google, Tripadvisor, and Trivago.
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping one of Booking.com’s most important marketing channels. You’ll work directly with global partners to ensure reliable and scalable integrations, while collaborating with internal product, engineering, and commercial teams to improve pricing accuracy, user journeys, and campaign performance. Your work will help us deliver a seamless traveler experience and ensure Booking.com remains competitive in a rapidly evolving performance marketing landscape.
This position also provides significant exposure across the business. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders and influence decisions that impact millions of travelers worldwide. 1. Pricing Product Management
Own the management of Booking.com’s pricing products on metasearch platforms.
Lead the technical setup, launch, and rollout of pricing solutions across metasearch partners.
Collaborate with internal Pricing teams to define and evolve our pricing strategy.
Monitor, measure, and optimize the performance of pricing products to ensure advertising success.
Influence product roadmap by providing feedback from partners and performance data
2. API Technical Support & Integrations
Act as the primary contact for Feed & API-related partner queries.
Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize API integrations that deliver rates and availability to metasearch sites.
Serve as the bridge between metasearch partners, the metasearch Commercial team, and Booking.com’s technical teams.
3. Metasearch User Journey Management
Ensure seamless user journeys from metasearch to Booking.com, minimizing drop-off and maximizing conversion.
Ensure price and landing page accuracy for users arriving from metasearch platforms.
Collaborate with experimentation teams to test new flows and features, improving customer experience and ROI.
The ideal candidate is:
Detail-oriented & structured: Able to manage multiple concurrent API integrations and product rollouts with precision. Demonstrates strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and a disciplined approach to project management and prioritization.
Commercially savvy & results-driven: Deep understanding of performance marketing KPIs (CTR, ROI, CPC) and the broader digital marketing ecosystem. Capable of linking technical initiatives directly to business outcomes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, and proactively mitigating risks that could impact performance.
Stakeholder manager & communicator: Proven track record of managing complex relationships with global stakeholders across tech, product, and commercial teams. Skilled in expectation management and negotiation, especially during escalations. Able to influence and flex communication style depending on the audience, simplifying complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Technically proficient: Hands-on experience with APIs, data feeds, and troubleshooting integrations. Familiar with monitoring tools and basic SQL for issue diagnosis and performance analysis. Comfortable collaborating closely with developers and engineering teams to resolve issues quickly.
Strategic & proactive: Not only reactive in solving issues but forward-looking in identifying risks, anticipating partner needs, and shaping product and process improvements that enhance both partner satisfaction and business results.
