We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our Customer Success team at Sentra. In this role, you will oversee the entire customer lifecycle - from handoff from sales through onboarding, implementation, operationalization, expansion, and retention. As the primary technical contact for our enterprise clients, you will help them maximize the value of Sentra’s platform, providing both technical and strategic guidance.
