A Day in the Life

We offer you a position where you will support and develop selected accounts for all Spinal Technologies (implants and biologics) in the defined sales territory in the Netherlands. You will support and develop the market and bring our therapies closer to customers and patients.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Promoting and selling Medtronic's Spinal/Biologics products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
• Supporting the clinical staff during procedures with technical advice
• Developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
• Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's Spinal/Biologics
• Promoting and providing training of the Medtronic's products and/or services
• Collaborating with colleagues selling other Products of Medtronic Cranial and Spinal technologies portfolio (eg Navigation, 3d imaging, drills, etc…) in the same accounts

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing or other Health related disciplines
• +5 years of relevant experience in Spine technologies, products and services
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Professional fluency in Dutch and English, in writing and in speech
• Team player attitude and ability to cooperate within a team
• Ability to work independently and without supervision
• Full clean driver's license

We value clinical and/or technical background, also experience in the OR environment.
