Eaton’s ES AMER NAS division is currently seeking a Turnkey Project Sales Specialist. This is a hybrid position and candidates must reside within 50 miles of the following locations to be considered for this position: Chandler, AZ; Littleton, CO; Pleasanton, CA; City of Industry, CA; San Diego, CA, Wilsonville, OR or Tukwila, WA. Relocation assistance will be offered for successful applicants who live outside these locations.
Position Overview:
The primary function of the Turnkey Project Sales Specialist is to sell Eaton’s Engineering Services turnkey project offering to customers in the western region. The customer base includes industrial, utility, data center, commercial, institutional and government related facilities. Mission critical customers, including federal, state and local governments, as well as companies in the data center, industrial and utility spaces. In this role, you will develop and own direct opportunities and partner with vertical sales teams to lead the quote-to-cash process for these long term, high dollar multi-year, opportunities. You will be the regional expert on the Eaton’s turnkey product offering (including mission critical applications, modular solutions, and at times equipment only sales), leading opportunity vetting, site walks, scope alignment and customer meetings, while partnering with our internal and external support teams to deliver high quality and timely quotes to the customer.

Position Criteria:
The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and target sales performance incentive. This position has a target total compensation range of $120,000 - $202,400.
Base salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
