This position is open to candidates residing in the Western United States.Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing plan that supports growth and sustainability of service lines and products. Partner with Operations to ensure alignment and effective delivery.
• Establish an effective sales structure with incentives tied to business objectives. Build a reputation as an employer of choice to attract and retain top sales talent. Define and refine sales/marketing processes to drive measurable outcomes.
• Lead major new business development initiatives. Manage key customer relationships and play an active role in securing strategic opportunities.
• Create and manage operating metrics to track sales and marketing performance, evaluating progress against established objectives.
• Collaborate with Finance to establish annual sales and marketing budgets. Monitor marketing expenditures and track against budgets and historical benchmarks.
• Monitor customer, competitor, and market activity, providing timely feedback and recommendations to the executive team. Develop a deep understanding of business risks, competitive dynamics, and industry opportunities.
• Direct strategic marketing programs with quantifiable objectives, implementing tactics that support business growth and customer engagement.
• Oversee daily activities, performance, and professional development of sales and marketing team members. Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative culture.
• Recommend and implement changes to improve growth, sustainability, and market access.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare or related industries.
• Demonstrated success in strategic planning, market development, and business growth.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and aligning resources.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, develop talent, and create a culture of accountability.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
