Learn more about our offices here. Our next chapter in EMEA is about scaling fast, through partners, with precision—and we’re looking for a hands-on sales leader to make that happen.

As Vice President, Sales EMEA, you’ll own revenue growth across new logo and customer expansion motions in Europe. Your charter:

  • Build a high-performance regional sales organization that scales the LiftOff transactional motion for new customers.
  • Drive cross-sell and expansion within the existing customer base in close partnership with Customer Success and our partner ecosystem.
  • Operationalize sales excellence — forecast accuracy, motion discipline, and deal hygiene — while keeping velocity high and scope tight.

You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Partner Leadership, Marketing, and RevOps teams to execute integrated, partner-assisted go-to-market plays.

What You Will Do

  • Go-to-Market Execution
    • Own and deliver on EMEA bookings targets across new logo and expansion revenue.
    • Drive consistent execution of the LiftOff motion — ensuring disciplined scoping, rapid cycles, and scalable implementations.
    • Partner with Marketing and RevOps to build repeatable pipeline generation and progression frameworks.
    • Operate with data-driven rigor: pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and productivity metrics at every level.
    • Collaborate closely with global GTM leaders to align messaging, playbooks, and process across regions.

  • Partner-Led Growth
    • Drive revenue through partners — not just with them.
    • Co-own joint pipeline reviews, forecast cadence, and accountability with partner leadership.
    • Ensure regional teams know how to position, price, and close deals in partner-assisted delivery models.
    • Engage with top partners to build trust, alignment, and shared growth plans.

  • Customer Expansion
    • Run a structured cross-sell and upsell motion in collaboration with Customer Success and partners.
    • Identify and activate expansion triggers across our customer base (e.g., Consolidation, Account Reconciliation, Lease Accounting, FP&A+).
    • Embed sales cadence into the renewal cycle — turning CSM touchpoints into growth moments.

  • Leadership & Team Development
    • Lead, coach, and grow a distributed regional team (direct sellers + partner-facing reps).
    • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Build a high-performing bench — recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent.
    • Promote DEI values and create an inclusive environment where performance and integrity go hand-in-hand.

 What You Will Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need a combination of experience, technology skills, personal qualities, and education.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales leadership across multiple EMEA markets.
  • Proven success driving both direct and partner-assisted revenue growth.
  • Track record building scalable, process-driven sales engines with measurable results.
  • Deep experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and sales operations discipline.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and how to balance accountability across co-sell and resale models.
  • Fluency in English and at least one other major European language (French strongly preferred).
  • Executive presence and communication skills suitable for C-level engagement.
  • High bias for action, low ego, and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach to execution.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located. Must be able to travel to the United States, Canada and/or internationally, and have a valid passport.
