Our teams are based out of Bellevue, Washington, St. Petersburg, FL, and Tel-Aviv, Israel.

Candidates will be given preference if they are commutable to our St. Petersburg, FL office.

About the Team

Our growing Enterprise Channel Sales team is dedicated to expanding vcita's reach through strategic partnerships. Our mission is to identify and collaborate with partners who can truly benefit from vcita's offerings. By working with a diverse range of potential clients, we meticulously seek out the best matches to foster long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships.

The Role

  • Define and execute the end-to-end partner acquisition strategy to drive sustainable growth and expand market presence.
  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver on strategic goals and maximize partner success.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to grow vcita’s partner ecosystem and revenue
  • Own and execute the global partner acquisition strategy to secure high-value partners.
  • Lead enterprise-level, multi-stakeholder deal cycles, presenting both business value and technical capabilities
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships with prospective partners while navigating long and consultative sales processes.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align acquisition initiatives with company strategy.
  • Coach and develop a high-performance sales team to consistently exceed acquisition KPIs.
  • Leverage data-driven insights for forecasting, reporting, and optimizing partner acquisition.
  • Represent vcita externally at industry events and conferences.

Your Experience & Skills

  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS channel sales, with a strong focus on channel/partner acquisition.
  • Proven success in signing and scaling strategic partnerships.
  • Skilled in enterprise-level, multi-stakeholder sales cycles including long and complex deal structures with technical product considerations.
  • Experience positioning and selling technology products that require solution-selling, integration discussions, and alignment with partner business models.
  • Strong ability to influence internal leadership and C-level partners.
  • Knowledge of SMB, Media, Telco, or agency markets.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making, utilizing metrics to assess performance and guide strategies.
  • Strategic thinker who takes initiative, is adaptable, and motivates teams to achieve results.
  • Drive real impact for thousands of SMBs worldwide.
