Working Student – Sales Support (m/f/d)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy working student to assist with various sales support tasks. This role is ideal for a student who is familiar with modern business tools and is eager to gain practical experience in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and manage sales-related documents using Office 365 tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Ensure that all documents meet our company’s standards in terms of format, style, and accuracy.

• Assist with updating and maintaining customer information in Salesforce.

• Ensure data accuracy and completeness in CRM activities, including tracking leads, opportunities, and sales progress.

• Work with Confluence to structure and organize sales-related content.

• Implement and update information, including text and graphics, ensuring it is easily accessible and well-organized for the team.

Your profile:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology).

• Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.

• Experience with Salesforce for CRM activities is a plus.

• Familiarity with Confluence for content management is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

• A proactive approach and willingness to learn.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English is essential.
