As a Working Student for Branch Support & Success, you'll be at the heart of our internal teams. You'll help our employees in the field overcome daily challenges and ensure they're successful with our systems. You'll be a problem-solver, a point of contact, and the first line of support for our colleagues in our branches.
Become the Go-To Expert: You'll support our teams in using our complex system, which includes our CRM, offer tool, operating system, installation manager app, and many other tools.
Empower Our Users: You won't just be a problem-solver. You'll proactively train and inform our employees, so they get the most out of our tools.
Be a Key Part of the Team: You'll take ownership of your support requests and work closely with internal teams to find the best solutions.
Help Shape Product Quality: You'll identify recurring problems and pain points for our users. You'll analyze patterns and work closely with our Product & Engineering teams to improve the quality of our products.
Help Us Grow: You'll play an important role in the change management process, supporting our growth and helping new users navigate our systems.
You are a proactive, empathetic problem-solver with a knack for making complex systems easy to understand.
You are a student and ideally have some initial experience in a support or customer-oriented role.
You're curious about different technologies.
You have a passion for educating and supporting users and you enjoy finding creative ways to help others.
You have excellent communication skills in both German and English (written and spoken, C1/C2).
You are excited to get involved in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
You have a high sense of responsibility and a strong team spirit.
