The Worldwide Sales Excellence Lead, Consumer Channel Sales is a member of the Worldwide (WW) CCS leadership team and plays a pivotal role in driving the global channel sales strategy. This role enables the sales team to achieve peak performance across all lines of business by leveraging data-driven insights, refining sales processes, and implementing best practices to enhance customer engagement, revenue, and Windows devices growth. The role also drives channel transformation, co-designs partner incentives, and leads impactful Partner rhythm of business (ROB) in partnership with the CCS Vice President (VP), while championing transformational AI improvements. Additionally, the Worldwide Sales Excellence Lead, Consumer Channel Sales acts as a sales coach, accelerating business growth by translating insights into actionable strategies.

Sales Excellence IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
