What will you do?
- Manage a territory of high-potential accounts, focusing on retention and upsell
- Engage with executives and directors from current customers in Portugal to build strong and long-lasting relations and become an advisor in their digital transformation.
- Oversee the overall account management and drive the right strategy and tactics to close expansion opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers
- Work alongside our Customer Success team.
- Organize the extended team by being a team member and prioritizing the workloads to cover customer needs.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas with existing customers.
Who are we looking for?
- 3+ years of consistent achievement across both Account Executive and Account Manager roles.
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS sales environment is essential.
- Proven experience with using a sales methodology to demonstrate and quantify value.
- Ability to build business cases adapted to each prospect’s scenario.
- Focus on helping customers solve their problems and achieve their goals.
- A strong cultural fit with a team-oriented attitude as well as intelligent and coachable.
- Persuasive attitude and high negotiating and closing ability.
- Proactivity and autonomy to achieve and exceed targets.
- Highly disciplined with following a sales process, managing time, qualification rigor, and CRM management.
- Level of advanced English.
