Owkin is building the first universal AI Operating System called K to lay the foundation for Biological Artificial Superintelligence (BASI). Owkin is seeking a Director, Commercial Sales to join our fast-growing and dynamic team based in NYC and Boston, with the opportunity to grow our business with pharmaceutical companies by generating new leads, managing key accounts, and contributing to the go-to-market strategy of the company.
As a Director, Commercial Sales, you will directly manage your book of work with your key clients and be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities with an eye on long-term renewable business with said clients. You will be instrumental in creating awareness of Owkin’s differentiated data and state-of-the art technology, using AI and machine learning to enhance and accelerate R&D, Market access and commercial activities in Pharma.
The role reports directly to the SVP, Head of Commercial, and will be a part of the global sales team. The position will require intimate cross team collaboration with our Platform, R&Tech, Legal, Operations and Corporate Development and Strategy teams.
This position is based on the East Coast of the US, either remotely (from DC to Boston) or in our NY or Boston offices.

Pay Transparency
The OTE compensation range for this role in the USA is $187,000 - $250,000 comprising base salary and performance-based bonus plus an equity option scheme, individual and family health insurance, 401k retirement, generous annual leave allowance of 35 days (in addition to any State or Federal recognised holidays) and flexible spending accounts.
Individual compensation packages will vary based on factors including but not limited to qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, assessed through the interview process. Owkin reserves the right to modify compensation structures based on business needs, geographic location, market conditions, and other factors.
