As an Inside Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our DaTscan Account Managers and prospecting opportunities (i.e. DaTscan, DaTQuant and cDAT) with Medical Centers, Imaging Centers and Clinicians that treat movement disorders and dementia. It’s an exciting position in a growth business, where we are bringing new tools to market that help clinicians solve some of healthcare’s toughest challenges. There is a large, growing unmet need in this space and this position brings new diagnostic tools and solutions to the neurology market.

Essential Responsibilities
You will have the opportunity to work remotely with a diverse range of target customers (Neurologists, Psychiatrists, Geriatricians, Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Nurses, Radiologists and Health Care Professionals) that work in a variety of settings (specialty clinics, primary care offices, private practices, hospitals, imaging centers) to advance solutions for unmet needs with audiences of varying levels of sophistication and understanding about the care options when evaluating and diagnosing motor disorders, dementia and other causes of cognitive decline.
As the Neurology Inside Sales representative, you will be part of GE HeathCare’s Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) Molecular Imaging DaTscan team focusing on expanding access to GE Healthcare’s dopamine transporter (DaTscan) imaging agent and quantitative software applications.
Objectives:
- Accelerate growth of new business and referrals for GE Neurology molecular imaging products
- Improve efficiency of the sales team by identifying qualified leads at imaging centers and neurology office scheduling support
- Help accelerate physician referrals at new and existing imaging centers
- Improve customer retention through loyalty initiatives
- Call on the referring physicians and update them on IC availability
- Build, strengthen and maintain distribution partner relationships
- Prospect for new hospitals and imaging centers to stimulate interest in DaTscan imaging and quantitative software
- Support Account Managers in account set up, delivery logistics, contract expiration management
Roles and Responsibilities:
- The Neurology Inside Sales Account Manager works strategically and in coordination with the outside sales team to accelerate adoption and growth across the Nation
- Uses install base and market data to call on new and existing imaging centers
- Communicates the value and clinical benefits of GE HealthCare and the PDx Neurology portfolio
- Builds trust with customers and identifies qualified leads
- Collaborates with DaTscan Account Managers to transition leads
- Uses data to identify high opportunity neurology offices to support referrals to imaging centers
- Gathers data on referring office contacts, processes, etc. and documents in Salesforce
- Uses data to accelerate new imaging center ramp up by targeting nearby referring physicians
- Completes Loyalty Initiatives with key customers
- Assists DaTscan Account Managers with account set up and administrative responsibilities
- Logs all activities, leads, and new contacts into Salesforce
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and virtual interaction (MS Teams, WebEx, etc.)
- Excellent listening skills and communication, both verbal and written
- Proactive approach with territory growth mindset
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Excellent phone skills (cold calling experience a plus)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to demonstrate accountability/ownership for results
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with data
Preferred Qualifications
- Clinical or technical sales experience
- Inside sales experience

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $47,200.00-$70,800.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
