You support key account teams on a wide variety of activities to meet our strategic growth plan.
How you will contribute
You will:
Support Account Managers to ensure an effectively communicated, coordinated, and focused sales effort against key commercial priorities
Negotiate with applicable e-commerce account representatives, to build and maintain favorable and effective relationships with customers
Provide support for all activities necessary to managing key e-commerce customers, media agency, enabler suppliers customer relationship effectively including trade funds, invoicing and claims queries, relevant sales promotions, merchandising, online content management and national sales programs, etc.
Provide support for all activities necessary to managing the customer relationship effectively including trade funds, invoicing and claims queries, relevant sales promotions, merchandising, online content management and national sales programs, etc.
Own and manage daily/monthly tasks with key e-commerce customers, media agency, enabler suppliers to ensure strong collaboration and execution of joint business plans.
Work closely with internal teams (e.g : marketing, trade marketing, demand planning, finance team) to develop and implement e-commerce strategies that drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth.
Lead annual and quarterly business reviews together with platforms and enabler, negotiate trading terms, visibility packages, campaign participations, and co-marketing initiatives.
Track and analyze key e-commerce metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize the performance.
Coordinate campaign planning with platform and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and high ROI.

Do you have what it takes?
Possesses at least bachelor’s degree preferably in a business or related fields.
3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, specific in ecommerce and preferably in the FMCG/e-commerce platforms.
Independent, confident and results-driven with strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills and strong financial acumen.
Highly organized and strong analytical skills.
Strong understanding of e-commerce fundamentals, including online consumer behaviour, conversion drivers, product visibility, and performance levers.
Solid knowledge of key digital metrics and analytical tools (e.g platform dashboard).
Familiarity with e-commerce marketing tools and mechanics (e.g sponsored search, affiliate programs).
Passionate about the digital and consumer goods landscape
Good command in spoken and written in Thai and English.
Good computer skills in Microsoft Office.
