A Day in the Life
Join the dynamic Neuroscience division at Medtronic, where you’ll represent cutting-edge technologies that are shaping the future of care. As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a critical role in connecting clinicians with innovative solutions that enhance patient outcomes and transform surgical practices.
This territory-based role with regular field presence centers on direct engagement with Neuroscience, specifically Neuromodulation, Spine, and Neurosurgery specialists across South Eastern (Serbia, North Macedonia, Montenegro). You’ll provide expert product guidance, support clinical procedures, and build long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals, acting as a trusted advisor in the evolving landscape of Neuroscience.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Promote and sell Medtronic’s Neuroscience portfolio to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key stakeholders
- Identify customer needs and deliver tailored product support, training, and clinical education
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy
- Develop and execute territory-specific plans, including tender preparation and follow-up
- Act as a liaison between field operations and internal teams such as Research and Development and Marketing
- Ensure timely reporting of activities, customer/product issues, and attend all required meetings and trainings
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, life sciences, pharmacy or related field
- Fluency in English and Serbian language, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant digital tools
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel frequently within the territory and occasionally abroad
- Team player, Adaptive, Reliable, well-organized, trustworthy, independent
Previous commercial experience in the medical device industry would be advantageous, but it is not required.
