As a Sales Effectiveness Consultant, you will play a pivotal client-facing role within the NIQ SA&I Analytics & Activation EEMEA organization. You will be responsible for driving sales performance and effectiveness across key markets, supporting clients in optimizing their commercial strategies, and delivering high-impact solutions that enhance revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales Effectiveness Initiatives:
Lead client engagements focused on improving sales force productivity, territory planning, and performance management.
Consultative Selling & Client Engagement:
Assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions that align with global strategies and local market dynamics.
Lead Generation & Market Development:
Proactively identify new business opportunities and support lead generation efforts in collaboration with SA&I Business Partners.
Project Delivery & Implementation:
Manage end-to-end delivery of sales effectiveness projects, ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction.
Training & Enablement:
Educate clients on NIQ’s sales effectiveness tools and methodologies through workshops and hands-on training sessions.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams including Category Management, Analytics, and Commercial to ensure integrated client solutions.
Thought Leadership:
Act as a regional expert in sales effectiveness, contributing to industry discussions and promoting best practices.
