A Day in the Life
As a Sales Representative – Spine, you will support and grow selected accounts for Spinal Technologies (implants and biologics) across the Netherlands. This role offers the chance to make a real impact by bringing innovative therapies closer to patients and customers. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Promoting and selling Medtronic's Spinal/Biologics products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
- Supporting the clinical staff during procedures with technical advice
- Developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
- Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's Spinal/Biologics
- Promoting and providing training of the Medtronic's products and/or services
- Collaborating with colleagues selling other Products of Medtronic Cranial and Spinal technologies portfolio (eg Navigation, 3d imaging, drills, etc…) in the same accounts
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing or other Health related disciplines
- +5 years of relevant experience in Spine technologies, products and services
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Professional fluency in Dutch and English, in writing and in speech
- Team player attitude and ability to cooperate within a team
- Ability to work independently and without supervision
- Full clean driver's license
