Job Description

Main tasks, challenges and responsibilities:

  • Execution of strategy and initiatives (both on-line and offline projects) with retail marketing and sales team, ensuring a high-quality user experience and remarkable on-line LEGO experience.
  • Secure that customer websites and portals are always updated with novelties, campaigns and activities.
  • Executing localisation and production of online & offline assets with external agency, proofreading of delivered materials.
  • Track execution and suggest changes and improvements with retail marketing and sales team.
  • Support KAMs with investment & trade promotion tracking (ongoingly aggregating inputs into internal investment tracking tool).
  • Proposing a range of new products (listing) for grocery and toy specialist customers in cooperation with Key Account Manager.
  • Creating planograms for grocery customers.
  • Ownership of the proper customer in-stock in cooperation with Operations Team.
  • Analyze and evaluate results of executed activities.
  • Variable ad hoc tasks & projects in-line with dynamics of toy market.

You will be working on the work agreement (“Dohoda o pracovní činnosti”) 20 hours a week. Therefore, it might be an interesting opportunity for university students. In this role, you will be working very closely with our retail marketing and sales team, which give you support and guidance. Still, we expect you to work quite independently.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce including understanding of retail landscape, the dynamics of the e-commerce and omnichannel.
  • Shopper-centric orientation, acting and developing on shopper insights.
  • Communicative personality with strong networking and interpersonal skills, able to challenge colleagues and retailers constructively.
  • Agile ways of working and desire to learn new things.
  • Structured, critical and proactive thinking, very good organizational skills.
  • Basic experience with digital metrics and data-driven approach.
  • Analytical skills and ability to aggregate data from different sources into one comprehensive picture.
  • Proficient level of verbal and written English.
  • Native Czech or Slovak speaker.
